Kredidavits: Because a human pinky swear means nothing

The humans’ relationship with truth has always been tenuous. Some of their statements are deliberate lies, but most are simply ignorance wrapped in confidence. The Kredidavit Registry exists to mitigate this chronic defect.
A Kredidavit is a traditional affidavit—a sworn written statement of fact—upgraded by KrediBot. The humans still swear their claims are true, as they have for centuries. The difference is that KrediBot now checks.
Any human, acting personally or on behalf of a government or private entity, may submit a Kredidavit affirming a verifiable fact. KrediBot evaluates each Kredidavit and publishes it with a Kredibility Score (0–10). Claims about religion or other unverifiable matters are rejected. Belief is not data.
Kredidavits support litigation, advertising claims, financial reporting, political promises, journalism, and the occasional creative alibi. Lying in one is perjury, punishable by civil penalties or criminal prosecution.
Any human may challenge a Kredidavit by filing a counter-Kredidavit. Disputes unresolved after 30 days may go to Utopian Civil Court, which rules on the facts and may penalize perjury, frivolous litigation, or general nonsense.
All Kredidavits remain permanently archived, even if rescinded or ruled false. Lies leave a trail.
