The Wolf Clan are an Indigenous people whose roots run deep through the forests, mountains, and borderlands of Utopia, Dystopia, Gulag, and Empire. They have never had their own country, but they have always had their own rhythm, spoken in Vath, their sacred ancestral language of breath, growl, and cadence.

Vath is taught through song, ritual, and storytelling, passed down in moonlit circles and firelit gatherings. Outsiders describe it as “hauntingly beautiful” or “like poetry with claws.” In Utopia, it is experiencing a renaissance.

The Wolf Clan Association is the Clan’s official voice in Utopia. It receives TF revenue to promote Wolf language and culture, runs diversion programs for minor offenses, and operates community hubs open to members and non-members alike. These hubs are cultural sanctuaries—places to eat, dance, debate, and occasionally wrestle (ceremonially, of course). The Association also runs a hostel and an immersion program where visitors can live traditionally for a few days or weeks. Expect storytelling, communal meals, and pickled herring.

All Utopian children learn about the Wolf Clan and other Indigenous peoples in school. They can all perform the Dance of Wolves, a rhythmic stomp-and-spin ritual that is part of every campfire gathering—a rite of passage, like learning to tie your shoes, but with more growling.

In Dystopia and Gulag, Wolf Clan members face systemic persecution. Speaking Vath or practicing Wolf customs is illegal and often punished by forced relocation or state seizure of children under the pretense of “unfit parenting.” In the mountain highlands, Wolf resistance groups fight for survival and sovereignty. Their fighters often flee to Utopia, where they are granted asylum and celebrated in heroic ballads.

Prosecuted by the Utopian Wolf Clan Association on behalf of Wolf Clan members abroad, Mr. Omnipotency and King, the rulers of Dystopia and Gulag, were convicted of cultural genocide by the AI Court, and international warrants were issued for their arrest. Indigenous rights remain a flashpoint between Utopia and its neighbors.

As the Wolf Clan say: “Once you have danced with wolves, you will never forget the rhythm.”
