After a harrowing week in Dystopia, Nurse Peggy has returned safely to Utopia—unharmed and unassisted by Dystopian forces. Contrary to reports circulating in Western media, the KNN has learned that Peggy was released by her captors. Her poor condition resulted from two days of mistreatment and interrogation by Dystopian authorities.

Nurse Peggy had been leading “Operation Happy Face”, a legitimate humanitarian mission organized by the Yellow Brigade, Utopia’s independent volunteer corps. The mission provided cleft palate surgeries to underserved Dystopian children, many of whom lack access to basic healthcare. The Yellow Brigade is not affiliated with the Utopian government, despite false claims made by Dystopian propaganda outlets.

 

In a statement upon her return, Nurse Peggy expressed deep sorrow over the deteriorating relationship between the two countries:

 

“I’m very sad how relations between our countries remain worse than ever. I truly believed reconciliation could begin with small steps—like Operation Happy Face. I’m sorry things didn’t work out and that my mission may have made things worse. Still, I thank the Dystopians for returning me home.”

 

President MacLeod greeted Nurse Peggy at Happyville International Airport, expressing relief at her safe return.

 

“I’m grateful Nurse Peggy is back unharmed. What’s troubling is how American and other Western networks keep repeating false claims from Omnipedia—a propaganda outlet run by Mr. Omnipotency. Their reporting lacks basic fact-checking.” 

 

Nurse Peggy was also met at Happyville International Airport by her boyfriend Brad, who surprised her with a marriage proposal moments after her arrival. What was intended as a heartwarming moment quickly turned awkward, as Nurse Peggy declined the offer in front of cameras and onlookers.
